Dynamics 365 Customer Service pricing
By Emil Björk · Microsoft business apps consultant, Gothenburg
Professional, Enterprise, Premium, Contact Center, channel add-ins, and attach.
Customer Service is priced per user in Professional, Enterprise, and Premium tiers, with the standalone Dynamics 365 Contact Center SKU as an alternative packaging for voice-and-digital contact centres. Channels beyond email — chat, SMS, social, WhatsApp, voice — are add-ins on top of Enterprise.
The bill for a contact centre is licence plus usage: PSTN minutes, SMS and WhatsApp messages, Copilot credits for agents, and Power Pages capacity for a portal all sit outside the per-user price.

Rules that change the bill
- Professional is limited to case management and a single channel; a customer-facing contact centre needs Enterprise.
- Voice, digital messaging, and chat are per-user add-ins on Enterprise. Premium bundles the contact centre; Contact Center is the standalone alternative for greenfield deployments.
- Usage sits on top: PSTN number rental and minutes, per-message SMS and WhatsApp, Copilot Studio credits for agents, and Power Pages capacity for a self-service portal.
- Attach pricing applies for users whose base is Sales or another qualifying app — common in sales-plus-service deployments.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Dynamics 365 Customer Service cost?
- List prices as of September 2026: Professional $50, Enterprise $105, Premium $195, and the standalone Contact Center $110 per user per month on an annual commitment. Channel add-ins for voice and digital messaging are extra.
Does Customer Service Enterprise include voice?
- No. Voice is a per-user add-in on Enterprise (roughly $75, or $90 combined with digital messaging), plus PSTN usage. Premium and Contact Center bundle the channels.
When is Contact Center cheaper than Enterprise plus add-ins?
- For a full all-channel contact centre, Contact Center at $110 can undercut Enterprise plus both add-ins. Existing Customer Service customers adding one channel usually stay on Enterprise plus the add-in.
What usage costs should we budget beyond licences?
- Phone numbers and per-minute PSTN, SMS and WhatsApp per message, Copilot credits for AI agents, and Power Pages authenticated-user capacity for a portal. On high-volume channels these can rival the licence line.
