Dynamics 365 Sales has three per-user tiers — Professional, Enterprise, and Premium — plus Relationship Sales (Enterprise bundled with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, quote-based), a Team Member licence for light users, and attach pricing for users who already hold another Dynamics 365 base.

Enterprise is the working baseline for most sales organisations. Professional caps customisation and lacks forecasting; Premium adds Sales Insights and a Copilot credit allowance. Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales is a separate licence covered on its own pricing page.

Rules that change the bill

  • Professional and Enterprise cannot coexist for Sales in the same tenant. A handful of power users needing Enterprise features moves the whole sales org to Enterprise.
  • Premium is worth it only where Sales Insights (conversation intelligence, relationship analytics, predictive scoring) is genuinely adopted — otherwise Enterprise plus targeted add-ons is cheaper.
  • Attach pricing: the most expensive app a user needs is the base at full price; Sales attaches at the reduced rate for that user.
  • Copilot credits for agents are metered separately through Copilot Studio pay-as-you-go or pre-purchase plans; Sales Premium includes an allowance.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Dynamics 365 Sales cost?

List prices as of September 2026: Sales Professional $65, Sales Enterprise $105, and Sales Premium $150 per user per month on an annual commitment. Team Members are $8 and attach licences roughly $20.

Which Sales tier should we buy?

Enterprise for almost every real sales organisation. Professional lacks forecasting and caps customisation; Premium only pays off when the Sales Insights features are used daily.

A bundle of Sales Enterprise and LinkedIn Sales Navigator with a 10-seat minimum, priced through Microsoft sales rather than as a list price.
